Organisation Overview
Dalmia Vidya Mandir is not a profit organization, but an organization that works across the country improving the quality in education, strengthening citizenship amongst youth, harnessing the power of technology for educational and social improvement and supporting sustainable social innovation,based on indian values and heritage.
We started with largely focusing on professional development of educators and today the spectrum of work covers the entire education ecosystem with emphasis on four domains – Education Solutions, Technology and Innovation, Skill building, Academics and good governance with the latest educational pedagogy alongwith sustainable self sufficient development in all spheres of education.

Introduction
The implementation of Teacher Empowerment Program intends to improve teaching-learning transactions in classrooms thereby increasing teaching effectiveness and contributing to enhancing the quality of education. It is hoped that strong professional development supported by onsite classroom observation and mentoring will build teaching expertise. Dalmia Way of Teaching.
